Human Rights Voting

I decided to post this alone for clarity:

English was a big class though, we learned our topics for a small three page research paper. To prep us for it, we were read what some of the human rights were. One of the rights is, as stated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 16
  1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
Article 7
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
My question is: Why doesn't this apply to homosexuals? Keep in mind, I do not believe that gay marriage is biblically correct, but legally it should be. It bugs me that America is revoking the rights of gays just because of their sexual preference. To answer this question, there will be a poll in the side, to discuss, please comment and tell me what you think.

My day - Feb 18, 2009

My day wasn't too bad, in fact, as far as school goes it was easy. Game programming was a breeze, I just surfed the web for most of the class. In Bible, I texted ChaCha(242242) to get a bunch of pick-up lines and Chuck Norris jokes. We listened to renaissance music and took notes on the era in World History, needless to say I fell asleep.... And I'm in the front of the class >.<. Lunch was not very eventful, just ate, talked and went to my next class. In physics we are talking about Einstein's Theory of Relativity, which WOULD be very interesting if my teacher was actually a physicist, but, alas, he is not. Geometry was horrible, as usual, extremely boring and for some reason I always get a migraine every time I go to his class. Spanish 2 was pretty laid back, we did a worksheet in class and went over vocabulary for the test on Monday. Well, that's about it, please vote/tell me what you think about the Human Rights thing.

Have a great week

=/

Haven't posted a blog in a while, so here goes.
Today I slept in until about 11:00PM. Then I washed the jerseys for the JV basketball team. I left my house at about 3:30PM to drop my brother off, then arrived at the pavilion at 4:00PM. Game started at 5:00PM, but we lost 36-43. However we were playing a 4A team, and we are only 3A. Then I had to record the Varsity game which we won 57-28, which was quite a feat. There then was a celebration at Wild River Pizza, and that lasted until about 10PM. By the time I picked up my friend Chirs, thirty minuites had passed. Once home, I started up the computer, went on Facebook, and played Mafia Wars for a bit. I am now still on my computer, and it's about 1:30AM. Hope you all had a great valentines day (like i'm talking to more than one person >.<).

End of Transmission...
